There could be many advantages in your television being able to read your moods and offer you available programming based on these moods. Even though this might sound far fetched, it is something that is possible and can be seen in the next few years.
There is the technology available out there to be able to offer these services and develop a smart television.
There are many different things that the new televisions with smart technology will be able to do. Basically they will be able to analyze facial expressions, understand body movements and gestures and be able to compare these things as well as to compare past programming watched through a computer system to be able to offer programming based on the mood.
This will be a lot of fun and something that could really be beneficial to everyone.
Basically there is the belief that this type of service will be available in five to ten years and will be similar to the technology that is offered with the current X-box technology.
If you are unsure of the technological trends that are behind this type of thing then you would want to be able to consider Project Natal which is the system of movement sensors that are offered without a remote with the X-box 360.
Basically there will be a simple add on that makes this possible which will offer a camera, height sensor and microphone which will make this all possible.
The program of Project Natal was unveiled in June at the E3 Show in Los Angeles and it was something that was found to be quite popular.
With Project Natal you have a virtual assistant, named Milo who is in the computer and able to guide you through things and interact with you as though he were an actual person. He is able to detect changes in your persona as well as your facial expressions and other things considered.
