Super Trooper Beams Are Gonna Blind Me

It seems that US will soon lose the title of the number one country in the world that is equipped with advanced uniforms for soldiers. Korea might just take the lead in the years to come with the aid of a bright new Storm Trooper outfit that will benefit of all known and unknown technologies in the world. The sci-fi suit contains a large helmet with electronic display, body heating and cooling devices, fire system guided with the help of a laser, advanced weapons and also mini-missiles and this is not everything.
The Agency for Defense Development in South Korea is scheduled to start working on the first of the two phases of the program by the end of 2009. The suit will include the bullet-proof helmet and the actual battle uniform. Here and there it will have cameras so small that you will hardly be able to see them. The most important device is as expected the main fire weapon called K-11. The K-11 is laser guided and it is also armed with mini-missiles and explosive projectiles.
The heating and cooling device will be installed in the backpack that is primarily meant to coordinate and control all the components of the uniform. The suit can be tracked by a GPS system.
The second phase implies updating the original suit to the extent where the soldier inside it will be protected against the most common but also dangerous external threats. These include from mines, lasers, chemical bombs and atomic radiation.
If the project will turn out to be as great as it sounds is just a matter of time until we find out.
