Tune up the oldies

I sometimes take the time to wonder where is the world heading to, when speaking of cell phones. Everybody offers you wider screens, touch-screen options, more mega pixels than you’ll ever need and all slimmer, faster, smarter and generally shinier. Well …what happens to those people that don’t own such a piece of jewelry? I guess that the majority of people will just have to settle for the less wide screen, numeric keypads and no web or email browsing. That is why Lu Le has invented the Screen2, so that nobody needs to settle for less. This is a dock for mobile phones that goes as far as tripling the screen surface. Apart from the regular features, with Screen 2 people can benefit of web and email browsing; one can view photos, watch videos, use the speaker options, browse through documents, chat on AIM and MSN and all this is available with the help of the gigantic touch-screen. This concept was intended to be used by smart phones such as the Blackberry and the iPhone but I’m pretty sure that most Screen 2 users will come from oldies owners.
