Honda V4 engine with hubless wheels and a good design!

Looks like Honda has made the best bike design…Anyway this bike has V4 engine wich is shown in the design.The hubless wheels are made to reduce drag since the wheels are fixed with all-enveloping cowls.The futuristic sport bike it has been exposed in 2008 at Interrmot Bike Show in Germany.

i’m little bit confuse about the concept of the wheel itself.
how can it rotate ? would you like to explain more about the concept of “hubless” ?

I’ve been trying to figure that out too. Looks like the only part of the wheel showing is right near the bottom.
If that is true it would seem that the possibility of getting gravel caught between the tire and the casing around the tire would be very high
