Recently a wonderful iPhone application that could turn your phone into a remote control for your car was introduced. This is a great new area of technological advances that is being seen between cellular phone companies and automobile manufacturers. So, even though it sounds like a big deal and new news now it is really something that will be seen in future. There are even estimates that nearly twenty five percent of all cars manufactured after 2016 will come with this equipment and that there will be other remote options aside from your cellular phone.
There are some cars that are able to be remotely controlled at this time. Basically with this option you can actually use your cellular phone to help your car to complete some tasks. Some of these things include being able to turn your car on, turn the lights on and off, operate the doors and windows and be able to control if the heat or air are turned on. Think of all of the ways that you could use this like starting and warming up your car in the winter time or cooling it down in the summer. There could also be some great protection things used if the car has this system in place.

Basically there are those who believe that this is the type of thing that needs to be considered for a number of reasons and these might be primarily targeted at the new breeds of electric and hybrid cars. Some great benefits are that you would be able to use this remote even while the car was plugged in to do things like warm up or cool off the car. So you will actually be able to start getting ready while you are still waiting for your car to be ready. One major speculation is that as things progress with this type of technology there will be vast improvements for those who are working on the phone technology as well.
